Overview:
In this scenario we will use the ERIC to view data associated with the contact maintenance as well as the roles access for ERIC contacts associated with the employer. This will take us through the steps of viewing the activity associated with role access for the ERIC contacts.
Before you start:
The actor desires to view the activity associated with role access for ERIC contacts.
Steps:
(1) Navigate to Security Audit screen.
(2) The ERIC displays the Security Audit Lookup screen.
(3) Enter in search criteria.
(4) Click Search.
(5) Results display the Role Name, Change type, who changed it and on what date.
What happens next:
The actor has viewed the desired data.
