Overview:
In this scenario we will use the ERIC to update an Annual Salary. Once it is successfully updated the position will reflect the new salary information for the fiscal year.
Before you start:
An annual salary in the system needs to be updated.
Steps:
(1) Navigate to the Organization Information section.
(2) Select Organization menu option.
(3) The ERIC displays the Employer Maintenance screen.
(4) Click on the Annual Salary tab.
(5) Click New.
(6) The ERIC displays the Employer Annual Salary Detail Maintenance page.
(7) Enter System, Annual Salary and Effective Date.
(8) Click Save. Note that after saving an Org Annual Salary ID is generated.
What happens next:
Annual Salary is updated.
