Unauthorized ERIC Access

• It appears as if your ePass Montana account, @ContactName, is not setup for ERIC or access to ERIC has expired. Unused access expires in six months or sooner upon review. Please contact the Portal Access Manager (PAM) for your organization. Your PAM can restore your access if your access has expired. If your organization is new to ERIC and does not have a PAM, please contact MPERA. All access to ERIC is approved by your organization and by MPERA.

• If you are accessing this site without permission be aware it is a criminal offense to access ERIC without authorization (MCA 45-6-311). Your ePass Montana account, @ContactName has been logged as an access attempt. A person convicted of the offense of unlawful use of a computer involving the ERIC system shall be fined not more than 2 1/2 times the value of the property used, altered, destroyed, or obtained or be imprisoned in the state prison for a term not to exceed 10 years, or both.
